The Corporate Event Marketing Association promotes strategic event marketing and communications for senior-level event marketers and industry professionals. The highlight of CEMA is their annual summit held every summer for the past 30 years, that is until the COVID-19 pandemic hit.
For the first time in it's history, the decision was made to hold the CEMA summit online. In the words of their President and CEO, Kimberley Gishler, “We had to make the tough decision of canceling or moving our live event to a virtual event.” So that's when they gave us a call to see if we could help them bring their summit into the virtual world.
In a record breaking turnover, Hubb helped CEMA create a virtual experience rich in content and full of networking magic. With more than 500 event marketing leaders in attendance, the event marked the highest attendance in the summit’s history.
